Shipping Information

Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit.

We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options. UPS is our preferred carrier, but you may also choose FedEx or US Mail. Expedited shipping options are also available for rush deliveries.

Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery to the 48 contiguous states and Canada. Please allow for 10-14 days for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, Europe, Asia. International Orders may be adjusted for Shipping Rates.

Returns And Exchanges

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to BBR within 10 days of receipt of item(s).

All returned or exchanged items must be in absolute new condition (Never Been Used), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

In the case of DVD videos defective disks will be replaced with a new copy free of charge once the customer has sent back the disk. Only Exchanges will be made for DVD Videos.
